Each package includes one full feature film, setup, sound, picture, on-site A/V operation for the full event and teardown.

Yes. Classics and films through 2015 use streamlined licensing. Newer films require review. Optional film-license procurement is available for $650.

We will talk through the outdoor space, audience flow, power, access and the best place for the screen as part of planning.

Earlier is better, especially for 2027 dates and popular community weekends. Send the date you want, plus one or two backups if you have them.
